All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our deer aging analysis service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on credit packages, individual purchases, or any services provided through Age My Deer.

What You’re Purchasing

When you purchase credits, you receive access to our proprietary AI analysis service. 1 credit is used for each deer age prediction from trail camera or jawbone images. Credits never expire and remain in your account until used.

Before You Purchase

Try our service first. New accounts receive free credits to test our analysis quality and accuracy. Ensure you understand what you’re purchasing and how many credits you need.

Technical Issues

While our no-refund policy is firm, we address legitimate technical failures that prevent service delivery. Contact us immediately if technical problems prevent you from receiving your analysis. We will resolve technical issues to ensure you receive paid services. If you submit an image that does not work with the model, no credits are removed from your account. A pop-up helps inform you that the model did not run successfully, and that no credits were deducted.

In rare cases where we cannot deliver services due to technical problems on our end, we may issue replacement credits at our discretion.

Billing Disputes

Report unauthorized charges or billing errors within 30 days. We investigate legitimate billing disputes but do not refund completed services. You may also contact your card issuer for disputes.

Account Violations

Credits are non-transferable and account-specific. Account suspension or termination for terms violations results in forfeiture of unused credits without refund.

Legal Compliance

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. Where legally required, we will honor local regulations to the minimum extent mandated.

We may update this policy with advance notice. Changes apply to future purchases only.
